High Droplet/High throw Printing function(5/10/15/20/30mm)
  Equipped with Ricoh Gen6 industrial metal printhead, can print with droplet heights of 5/10/15/20mm distance. With special inks, the droplet height can reach to 30mm.
  For 5mm and 10mm distance high droplet printing, we use 10pl, 10pl, and 15pl inks to achieve a smooth, gradient output.
  For 15, 20, and 30mm high droplet printing, because of these distance cant use small and middle ink drop voume size to print, only use large drops the 15pl, only use 15pl, 15pl, and 15pl inks to achieve the high droplet printing and ensuring the printed image is formed without ink smudging; however, this cant provide the smooth, gradient.
  The high-drop printing capability of the Ricoh industrial-grade metal printhead allows this industrial UV printer to print on uneven and irregular materials, such as toys, suitcases, eyeglass cases, surfboards, rolling suitcases, shoes, helmets, electrical panels, cabinets, hair clips, accessories, bottles, and cups.

Varnish gloss and matte printing
  Supports white, color and varnish inks printing, outputs good varnish glossy effects, also can prints matte varnish effects.

Print directly on the uv dtf film, then use laminating machine to laminate after printing, then cut and stick to the medias
  The working principle of uv dtf printing is to print the picture on the glue, and stick it to the material you want to print. It is flexible and convenient, suitable for label printing of consumables, but also has disadvantages such as non-waterproof, poor adhesion, and non-ultraviolet protection

White Ink Circulation & Stirring System                                                                                                                                                             We equipped CJ-UVF6042Pro with a negative pressure ink supply system, which includes: primary ink cartridge, ink tube, secondary ink cartridge, and negative pressure generator. We added a stirring system to the primary ink cartridge to continuously stir the ink, and added a circulation system to the ink tube and secondary ink cartridge. The ink can flow in the ink tube and secondary ink cartridge to prevent white ink from settling, avoid the print head being clogged by ink precipitation or white printing being yellowish, and improve the quality of white ink printing.

Negative pressure ink supply system
  Negative pressure ink supply system, ink can be directly injected into the print heads, no need to suck print heads, ink supply is more stable, effectively avoid problems such as ink interruption during printing
  All-metal secondary ink cartridge
  Excellent corrosion resistance, UV ink is a corrosive chemical liquid. Therefore, the corrosion resistance of the secondary ink cartridge is very important, it can effectively extend the service life. Avoid high failure rate and high maintenance rate

Capping station with auto-wiper
   Print heads are more expensive, need to protect and keep moisturizer well. So jucolor team develop own auto cap station with wiper for RICOH GEN6 heads on jucolor A2+uv printer, it can clean automatically, wiper print head automatically, keep print head moisturizer. (head storage when in stand by) Very useful to avoid clogging.
